Melissa is a Limestone, TN native and graduate of Columbia State with a degree in Business Administration and Medical Office Management. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren, and she is planning to go on a Bigfoot expedition with her husband soon!

Morgan is a Hohenwald, TN native and has worked several years in customer service. She recently joined Protech Medical as a Claims Specialist. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys being a mom of two girls.

Theresa Gray

Theresa has worked in customer service and retail sales for numerous years, seven of those with Protech Medical. She has substantial knowledge of durable medical equipment, specifically lift chairs, power wheelchairs and scooters, and she is gaining more knowledge of speech generating devices every day. In the office, you will find her answering calls, assisting customers and processing paperwork to expedite equipment to prior authorization. In her spare time, she enjoys cuddles with her cats at home and spending time with her husband visiting Walt Disney World.
